Use the API in a manner that violates any applicable laws or regulations.
Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the API.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the API or BankAccountChecker's systems.
Use the API to collect or store personally identifiable information without proper consent.
Resell or distribute the API or any data derived from the API.

The API and all related materials are the property of BankAccountChecker/aoWare and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
The API is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
In no event shall BankAccountChecker/aoWare be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the API.
BankAccountChecker/aoWare may terminate your access to the API at any time, with or without cause.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
BankAccountChecker/aoWare may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on our website.
